What is the warranty on simplehuman products?
We stand by our products. Most of our sensor pumps and trash cans come with a warranty ranging from 2 to 10 years, covering any manufacturing defects under normal household use.
How do I find the right custom fit liner for my trash can?
Each simplehuman trash can has a specific letter code (A through Z) located on the inside of the lid or the rim. Simply match this letter to the corresponding letter on our liner packs for a perfect, no-slip fit.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging and condition.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Members of our rewards program may also qualify for additional shipping benefits.
How do I troubleshoot my sensor mirror or pump?
Ensure your device is fully charged using the provided USB cable. If the sensor is unresponsive, clean the sensor lens with a soft cloth and ensure there are no obstructions blocking the infrared field.
Can I use any soap in my sensor pump?
Our sensor pumps are designed specifically for liquid soap that does not contain exfoliants or beads. For optimal performance, we recommend using simplehuman soap refills, which are formulated with the ideal consistency.
